Please note
(1)Under Branch Concept any member can view files of other member of the same branch.

(2)But he can upload files only in the folder created by him

(3)Therefore if he will try to upload a file in a folder which is being created by some other member of your branch this will show an error that folder does not exist.

(4)In that case change the user and upload the file or create a new folder and then upload in that folder.
(5)This condition in being enforced so that cross folder uploading of files can be avoided.
